Once this has been completed, Parts 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners examination must be passed. Finally, a licensure application along with the appropriate fee ($53 to $127.25) should be submitted to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, and a fingerprint report and background check completed.
