Requirements 1.Pass the International Code Council (ICC) test for Class B UST System Operator - BU" and/or the ICC test for "Wyoming AST System Operators - ICC Test W-5". 2.In lieu of both of the above tests the ICC test on "Wyoming State Specific Storage Tank Laws - ICC Test W-6" is acceptable. Restrictions False reporting. False licensing. School Located in Wyoming There are no schools in Wyoming for storage tank operators. However the Department of Environmental Quality occasionally holds informational seminars. See the DEQ website for information.
