DAIRY TESTER <br><br>Makes the official analysis of products in a creamery, cheese factory, milk depot, milk plant, ice cream factory, cream station, milk condensary or similar plant where milk or cream is bought or received on the basis of its chemical or physical constituents. <br><br> REQUIREMENTS: <br>Be honest and demonstrate to Department of Agriculture inspectors that he has access to appropriate equipment for and is competent to do testing related to dairy products including milk. <br><br>RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS: <br>License must be renewed annually.
