<h3>Occupational Description</h3><br>A Fireworks Distributor is any person engaged in the business of making sales of fireworks at wholesale in Nebraska to any person engaged in the business of making sales of fireworks as a jobber, retailer, or both.<br><h3>Licensure Requirements</h3><br>All applications must be submitted electronically via the Nebraska State Fire Marshal Firework Online Portal. For licenses issued in an individuals name, rather than a business name, a Citizenship Attestation form is also required.<br><h3>Fees</h3><br>Initial License- $500.00<br><h3>Renewal</h3><br>Licenses are valid only for the calendar year in which they were issued.
