<h3>Occupational Description</h3><br>A Retail Stand Owner is any person engaged in the business of making sales of fireworks at retail to consumers, or to persons other than distributors or jobbers.<br><h3>Licensure Requirements</h3><br>A complete application indicating the desired selling period must be submitted to the Nebraska State Fire Marshal’s office. For licenses issued in an individuals name, rather than a business name, a Citizenship Attestation form is also required.<br><h3>Fees</h3><br>License Fee- $25.00<br><h3>Renewal</h3><br>Licenses are valid only during the selected selling period.
