The Department of Public Safety regulates the operation of motion picture projectors and licenses operators of such apparatuses. It is unlawful to use a projector in a public building that uses a film more than ten inches in length, except in accordance with the Department's regulations. All premises in which such projectors are used must be inspected by the Department. No person shall operate such apparatus in any public building until they have received a license to do so from the Department.
