Pharmacy Intern Registration Purpose: This registration is for an individual who is employed by or serving under the supervision of a pharmacist in a pharmacy or institutional pharmacy for the purpose of obtaining the professional experience required under the provisions of C.G.S. Section 20-590, and shall be completed at the time of commencing employment or service under such supervision.
