Real estate agency activities for compensation. Fees: Examination: $95; License: $300; Fingerprint processing: $49; Renewal $300 Examination Frequency: Weekly. Exam Locations: Sacramento, Fresno, Oakland, San Diego, and Los Angeles. Experience Requirement: Two years full-time licensed salesperson experience within last 5 years or college graduate with a degree that includes a major or minor in real estate and 8 specified college level courses in real estate. Real estate brokers who conduct residential mortgage loan activities are required to obtain an Mortgage Loan Originator license endorsement to their real estate license.
