SURPLUS LINES AGENT<br><br>An individual licensed as an insurance producer in Tennessee may be issued a surplus lines license granting the producer authority to procure the kinds of insurance from unauthorized companies in this stte under conditions prescribed in Tennessee Code Annotated 56-14-101 - 117.<BR><BR>REQUIREMENTS: <br>Applicant must hold a current insurance producer license in Tennessee. Complete and file the NAIC uniform application and fee of $120.00.<BR><BR>RENEWAL:<br> Licenses may be renewed for 2 years by submitting a completed NAIC uniform renewal application and fee.
