Must be at least 18 years old. 2. Must be a United States citizen. 3. Pass exams prescribed by the Board. 4. Be of good moral character and repute. 5. Have proof of current coverage under a general liability insurance policy providing not less than $300,000. Continuing Education Licensees must complete 18 hours of continuing education per license renewal period. Restrictions Fraud or misrepresentation in obtaining a license. Has not been convicted of a felony within five years of application for a license.
